Our Team
ThinkOnception is the brainchild of a team of two driven, results-oriented women with complementary talents and expertise, who possess large experience in EU funded projects, at a development and implementation level.

Drawing from their multifaceted experience on the development and implementation of a wide range of projects, from Erasmus+, REC, AMIF and H2020 projects to EuropeAid and EBRD projects, coupled with their continuous search for inspired ideas and innovation, our team’s main goal is to make a difference in the competitive field of EU funded projects by researching and introducing new and innovative ideas to a variety of areas such as education and learning,
employment and employability and social and economic inclusion.
Other areas of expertise include children and youth development, gender equality, circular economy and environmental awareness.
Always open to new challenges, our team never shies away from taking a step towards new horizons and fields of expertise.
Drawing from the 50-year experience of the Fafalios School of Foreign Languages in the field of education to people of different backgrounds and ages, the ThinkOnception team has formed a solid basis to ensure that not only the projects we develop and implement match and add value to the educational needs of the people they are addressed to but also the highest quality of outputs and results on a local, national, regional and transnational level.
